1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery availability is subject to Shiprocket’s partner courier network.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A nominal shipping charge of ₹150 is applicable for orders below ₹999.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track My Order” section on our website.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, delays may occur due to:

6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
